  • 1. How can I get product support?

    The product tab on Montecore's website presents the information to take care of each of our garments. If you need further assistance or have questions about your product, we are at the service of each Customer who can:
    - visit the store where you purchased the item;
    - contact us via the email address
    We ask each Client to have as many details as possible at hand so that we can assist them in the best possible way and in the shortest possible time.

  • 2. How can I tell which size is best for me?

    Comfort and tailoring are our values, and for this reason, we want to guarantee our Customers maximum assistance. In addition to the assistance of each Montecore retailer, we invite the Customer to contact us at

Payment methods:
  • 1. How can I purchase on the site?

    Select the products you want and they will be added to your cart. Simply follow the checkout instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details may be changed before payment.

  • 2. How can I buy a Montecore garment?

    Payment can be made by: PayPal.
    Credit Card/ Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, WeChat e Alipay.
    The shipment of the goods will take place only upon receipt of actual payment.

  • 3. Does the price include VAT?

    For shipments to Italy and the rest of the EU, the prices on the site include VAT and shipping costs.
    For shipments outside the EU, shipping costs, charges and duties are charged to the customer; shipping costs are charged in the purchase process while charges and customs duties will be quantified in customs and the customer must pay them on delivery.

  • 4. What happens if the product is not available?

    The order will be rectified automatically with the elimination of the unavailable product and the user will be immediately informed by email.

Delivery and shippings:
  • 1. What does the shipping cost?

    Shipping is free for Italy and Europe, while it has an additional cost for countries outside the EU.

  • 2. What are the shipping times?

    Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, generally within 3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the timeframe estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
    As regards countries of the European Union, delivery will be made in 4 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the confirmation date.
    In non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 6 working days from the confirmation date.

  • 3. What if delivery is not possible?

    If it is not possible to carry out the delivery, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In such a case, notice will be left specifying the place where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery.
    If the client cannot be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
    If the delivery cannot take place due to causes not attributable to us, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract thirty days after the date on which the order is available for delivery.
    Following the termination, the amounts will be returned including delivery costs, with the exclusion of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method that is different from the ordinary method offered, without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract.
    Transport resulting from the termination of the contract could give rise to additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.

Product exchange and return:
  • 1. How many times can I return the item?

    The change is allowed only for shipments to Italy and the rest of the EU, you can make a single change for the same product and in this case the costs of return and shipping will be borne by Montecore.

  • 2. How can I withdraw from my purchase?

    If for any reason, our customer is not satisfied with their order, they have the right to request a replacement product and withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason. See the "Shipping and Returns" section for more information.

  • 3. How soon can I request a return?

    The communication must be made within 14 days from the date of product receipt. In case of multiple purchases with a single order and delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
    For sales in the EU and originating packages from the EU who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the product within 14 days from the date of sending the notice of return by delivering it to the courier assigned by the Seller.
    For EU sales and therefore parcels coming from extra-EU countries, in the case of return, the Client will have to send the products back to Montecore at his own expense within 14 days from the date on which the notice of return was sent, the shipping costs and any customs charges for the return of the goods will be charged exclusively to the Client.

  • 4. The cost of transport of the return is my responsibility?

    For sales in Italy and the rest of the EU, the cost of transport of the return is € 20.00 charged to the user, except in the case of exchange and non-conformity, and will be deducted from the refund.
    For packages coming from non-EU countries, the shipping and any customs fees for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer.

  • 5. How long does the refund take?

    The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days by using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase.
