Shipping and returns

Deliveries will be made to the user's home, provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, generally within 3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the timeframe estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.

As regards countries of the European Union, delivery will be made in 4 working days, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the confirmation date.

In non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 6 working days from the confirmation date.

If it is not possible to carry out the delivery, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In such a case, notice will be left specifying the place where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery.

If the client cannot be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

If the delivery cannot take place due to causes not attributable to us, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract thirty days after the date on which the order is available for delivery.

Following the termination, the amounts will be returned including delivery costs, with the exclusion of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method that is different from the ordinary method offered, without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of termination of the contract.

Transport resulting from the termination of the contract could give rise to additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.

Return Policy

Our mission is to accompany the customer in his small and big adventures day after day. If, for any reason, our customer is not satisfied with their order, they have the right to request a replacement product and withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason.

The communication of the return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, by accessing the returns section of your account. In case of multiple purchases with a single order and delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

For EU sales and then for return packages from Italy and other EU countries the customer can make only one exchange request for each product purchased. It is possible to make a single exchange for the same product, in this case the costs of return and shipping will be charged to Montecore. For packages from Italy and other EU countries who intend to exercise the right of return must send the product within 14 days from the date of sending the notice of return by delivering it to the courier appointed by the Seller. The cost of transport of the return for packages from Italy and other EU countries is € 20.00 charged to the customer, except in the case of exchange and non-conformity, and will be deducted from the refund.

For extra-EU sales and therefore for returned packages coming from extra-EU countries, in case of return, the Client must return the products to Montecore at his own expense within 14 days from the date of return. The shipping costs and any customs fees for the return of the goods will be charged exclusively to the Client, the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Montecore, is under the full responsibility of the customer, the shipping address is as follows:

In case of damage to the goods during transport Montecore will notify the customer to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain its refund, the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for return; Montecore will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any way dependent on the shipment for the return.
In case of return from non-EU countries will be sent a discount code of 10% to be used within 30 days on a next purchase in our online shop.

The goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging, complete with all parts and with the tax documentation attached.

The seller will withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in its value in the event of:

  • presence of abrasions, nicks, scratches, or other deformations, etc
  • lack of any element or its accessory (including labels, tags, etc.)
  • lack of attached instructions/notes/manuals, original (or otherwise adequate) packaging and/or wrapping
  • lack of relevant warranty certificates (if any)

In the event that the returned goods are damaged the user will be liable for the decrease in the value of the good, with the right to reimbursement for an amount equal to the residual value of the good itself.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made by using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase.

The seller can suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the event that the services and products of the seller are included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
