Returns and replacements
If, for any reason, our customers are not satisfied with their order, they have the right to request a replacement item or to return the product without penalty and without specifying the reason.*

*In the case of Extra EU countries, replacement is not allowed. In case of return, you will receive a 10% discount code to use within 30 days.
